Library is equipped with reference books ,Textbook, periodicals , e-resources and News Paper etc. Book are classified through D.D.C (Dewey Decimal Classification) system.The Library is guided by a advisory committee . With the developments in Information and Communication Technologies, the library is also trying its best to adapt with the technological advancement. The services of the library is automated for various activities such as acquisition, cataloging, circulation with provision for renewals, online public access catalogue. The identity of all books and the library users are fully bar-coded and all Library operations like, acquisition, cataloguing and circulation services have been automated with the help of Library Management Software”.The committee meets regularly to take stock of all library related issues aiming at its timely up-gradation . Book bank : 100 Books with 30 title are available in the Library.The Book bank service provided 5 to 6 books to a students which they can avail through out the year.The students have to return those books at the end of the year. Under this service the students are required to pay the 10% of the actual price of a book. Duplication of documents : There is a Xerox center in the Library facilitating duplication of printer materials/ documents at marginal prices. A printer and scanner are also available. Other activities : Collection of old Question Paper of the University are accessible in the Library.The Teacher’s Lecture Notes in the form of Manuscripts are available in the Libraries. LIBRARY RULES Books will be issued at home on the production of the library card for 8 day valid for the current year. Books will be provided from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm only on the Production of the I-card valid for the current year. Missing or mutilated pages of the books if any should be brought to the notice of the library staff. The borrower should sign the register on the receipt of the book. The book once issued can be retained by borrow up to the due date which will be Stamped on the date slip pasted on the first page of the book. The book should be preserved carefully no marking should be made on the book. If the book Issued is damaged the price of the book is recorded by the borrow. A fine of the Rs.5/- per day shall be changed if the book is not returned On the due date. In case of loss of book the borrower will be charged an amount three time of the book.
