Theme: Celebrate a word Flavors

Objective of Program: To bring the awareness regarding importance of nutrition for human body and how we can take adequate and timely measures to eradicate hunger and malnourishment

Date & Time of Program: 1st Sep 2022 to 7th Sep 2022 at 11.00 pm to 12:00 pm.

Venue: Pediatric Ward

Organized By: Child Health Nursing Department & M.sc Nursing Students in collaboration with Pediatric Department, Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College Hospital & Research Center.

Program In-charge: Ms. Sara Tomy, Lecturer, Child Health Nursing Department.

Supporting staff member: Ms. Poonam Pallde, Mr.Ganesh Chakor

Participants: Child Parents, Nursing Faculty, Medical Faculty, Sister In-charge, Students.

Brief about the Program (Activity/Event):

National Nutrition Week was celebrated from 1st Sep 2022 to 7th Sep 2022 by Child Health Nursing department under the guidance of Ms. Sara Tomy, Lecturer (Child Health Nursing). The programme started with greeting the Faculty, staff and Parents by First Year M.Sc. Nursing Students, Mrs.Nutan Kumari (Principal) Mvp’s, INE, Nashik, Dr. Ravindra Sonwane (HOD of Pediatric Department), Dr. Deepa Joshi, Sister In-charge & other teaching Faculty at 11.00am. Ms. Swapnali & Team arranged Health Promotion Activity on Importance of Nutrition. And Dr. Ravindra Sonwane, Department of Pediatrics (HOD) gave emphasized on significance of the Child Health and Nutrition. Programme ended with vote of thanks by First Year M.Sc. Nursing Students.
