Jijamata Nursing Scholarship Award Ceremony

“Jijamata Nursing Scholarship Award Ceremony” was held on 05/02/2025 for the academic year 2024-25 for the second time in which our young nursing students were recognized for their stupendous performance in various scholarship categories. The chief guest for the day was Dr. Vilas Shinde, President and CEO of Sahyadri Farm, and the Guest of Honor was Hon. Adv. Nitin B. Thakare and the other Guest included Dr. Dhanajay Chavan, Er. Vivek Bhamare, the founding director of the M.V.P Alumni Ex-Staff Well Wishers Association (MAEWA), Dr. D. D. Lokhande, Education Officer, M.V.P. Samaj. Ms. Poonam Mate was the program’s host.

“Gratitude in Action” is the value in this scholarship motto. On this day Principal Dr. Pournima Naik addressed the gathering and was grateful for the initiation of scholarship. Er. Vivek Bhamare gave a brief introduction regarding the MAEWA, its vision, motto and about its founding directors. 20 students were given Rs.10,000/- & certificate of achievement by the hands of dignitaries. During his speech, Hon. Adv. Nitin Thakare sir congratulated all of the scholarship recipients and said that although machines and Al are gradually replacing humans in many fields, the healthcare industry has always needed skill and compassion.  Therefore, pupils should be inspired and taught about its prestige in order to significantly improve the general effectiveness and caliber of our healthcare system. With a vote of thanks from Ms. Chinmayee Beldar, the ceremony came to an end.
