World Heart Day Celebration(29th September 2024)

World Heart Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm under the guidance of Dr. Pournima Naik, Principal, along with the Medical-Surgical Nursing Department. The event aimed to raise awareness about heart health and promote healthy lifestyle practices among the community.

As part of the celebration, an awareness rally was organized in Adgaon, where students and faculty actively participated by displaying informative placards and slogans to educate the public about the importance of heart care.

Additionally, an engaging role play was performed at Adgaon to highlight the causes, symptoms, and prevention of heart diseases. Another role play session was conducted at Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College, Hospital & Research centre, Adgaon, Nashik  OPD Department where students creatively showcased heart health topics, capturing the attention of the audience and spreading the message effectively.

The celebration successfully created awareness among the public and encouraged people to adopt heart-healthy habits.
