Brief about the program:

As per the guidelines issued by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, under the campaign “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” (Ref. MUHS/SW/NSS/203/2025 dated 12/06/2025), a tree plantation drive was conducted at MVP’s Institute of Nursing Education, Adgaon, Nashik on 5th  June 2025. The activity was organized under the valuable guidance of Dr. Pournima Naik, Principal, along with Mr. Vinayak Gunjal, NSS Coordinator, and Mr. Bhavesh Battise, Assistant NSS Coordinator. The event saw active participation from B.Sc. Nursing Sixth Semester students, who planted various saplings such as Ashoka, Lemon, Neem and other native species within the campus premises. Each tree was symbolically dedicated to the mother of the student, honoring the theme of the campaign while promoting environmental awareness. The activity fostered a strong message of gratitude, sustainability, and social responsibility, making it a meaningful and impactful initiative.
